St. Louis Pizza.

  St. Louis Pizza.

St. Louis pizza, a regional favorite, is known for its thin, cracker-like crust, unique cheese blend, and square slices. This pizza style originated in St. Louis, Missouri, and has a distinct identity that sets it apart from other types of pizza. The crust is made without yeast, resulting in an ultra-thin and crispy base that holds up well to toppings without becoming soggy.

The standout feature of St. Louis pizza is Proven cheese, a processed blend of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone. This cheese has a low melting point, creating a creamy, almost buttery texture that perfectly complements the thin crust. Traditional St. Louis pizza toppings include a generous layer of this signature cheese, a sweet and tangy tomato sauce, and a variety of toppings such as pepperoni, sausage, or vegetables.

Another characteristic of St. Louis pizza is its presentation. Instead of the traditional triangular slices, this pizza is cut into small squares, making it easy to share and enjoy with friends and family. Whether you’re a fan of traditional pizza or looking to try something new, St. Louis pizza offers a delightful and flavorful experience that’s sure to satisfy.
